Nisa Leung is a Venture Partner of PacRim Venture Partners and Managing Director of Global Infotech Ventures with investments and successful exits spanning Silicon Valley and Asia. Nisa is also Executive Director of Biomedic (HK) Limited, a leading solution provider of infection prevention, specialty medical devices, equipment services, and technologies for healthcare providers and the general public with over forty offices throughout Greater China. She is also co-founder and Managing Director of E Technologies Ltd., an ISO-9001 certified company specializing in healthcare and environmental technologies in greater China. Nisa was previously with Softbank Venture Capital (now Mobius Venture Capital) in Mountain View, Ca. Nisa also founded International Trade Corporation (ITC) in 1994, a regional computer equipment exchange, which was acquired in 1998.

Nisa is currently a director or board member of Cardiva Medical, Pacific Advantage, Center for the Future of China, Young Entrepreneurial Development Council, founding director of Young Entrepreneur Organization - Silicon Valley chapter and a Cornell University Councilor.

Nisa studied computer science at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and holds a bachelor degree in Management from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
